The technician is very knowledgeable and conducts his business in a very professional manner. I left my computer with him and he contacted me with 40 minutes. I had to purchase another computer , but he transfers all of my information from the old computer to the new one at a very reasonable price. He was a real Blessing to me. Thank you again.

My experience with One Hour Response was definitely a 5-star experience. Chris was extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, upfront, and just a great guy all around. Most of all, the price he charged for my computer fix was unbelievable. I called and even visited most of the computer repair service locations in the Columbus area just to get an idea of their price estimates and they were all higher than what One Hour Response offered. Some places even wanted to charge twice as much for the repair. What made my experience with One Hour Response even more perfect was the fact that Chris ended up having to do more repairs and put in more time fixing my computer than what we both expected when I initially brought my computer to him to fix. Not only did he complete these repairs in a timely manner, he communicated the issue to me precisely and did not charge me a dime extra for the additional labor and cost of repairs. He stuck to the original price he proposed me. This type of service was amazing and I am very thankful for One Hour Response and Chris's help. My computer is perfect now and running even better than it did when I purchased it five years ago. To not go to One Hour Response and use another computer repair service in Columbus would be, in my opinion, a very poor financial decision. Just call the number listed for One Hour Response and you will not be disappointed. A 5 out of 5 star rating for my experience with One Hour Response does not do it justice. It was awesome!

Chris is by far the best go to person If you have any issues with your laptop! He helped me fix my sisters laptop for a very reasonable price & to top it off.
