Terrible!!! They were supposed to install but never came. Email said job completed. They did not have what was needed for installation but I had plug and hoses just in case. They still did not come put us off several more days.i called and talked to 7 different people, Boone really helped. We ended up installing our self😡 I want a refund for cord and hoses!!!!

Definitely recommend! I made an appointment to have them take a look at my laptop. It was working fine, then black-screened and never came back on. They sent it off to their repair center, diagnosed it, and called for my approval after finding out what it was. The repair quote was very reasonable and I got it back a few days later. The overall turnaround time was around 10 days. My PC arrived back in the same physical condition I sent it off, and now in full working condition.

Brought my laptop in to be fixed because the screen wasn’t turning on. Turns out the mother board needed to be replaced. So it was shipped off. When I got it back the touchscreen was not working. When I took it back to Geek Squad I was told that I’d have to pay to have the touchscreen fixed. For something I didn’t cause…unacceptable. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Geek Squad dispatches a van to our house. The dispatch alone was $100.00. The individual who was suppose to fix our washing machine failed to do so. The washing machine was still loud and we were still not able to do laundry in peace. Worker did not know how to fix it. We reached out to the manager to no avail. Called back and got the name of Nicki Boudreaux who has yet to return our calls. We feel we were defrauded of $100.00. We did more research who is more friendly to the military.
