I can't say enough GREAT things about Kevin & Shawn here at Alboes Computers! I have a slightly pricey, 3 month old computer that was supposed to be covered under a great warranty - of course - that turned out to not be the case and I was being told 2 - 3 week turn around plus additional costs for repair from the store I originally made the purchase from and let me tell you I was in a PANIC. I, like MANY of us these days, work from home - and absolutely cannot afford to take 2 - 3 weeks off work! A couple days, sure - but 2 - 3 WEEKS??! I made a call to Alboes - JUST before closing mind you, nearly hysterical and Kevin was SO friendly and said 'Come on by - I'll be happy to take a look!" When I say I flew over, I FLEW over and these two FANTASTIC GUYS Kevin and Shawn had my computer fixed in less than TEN MINUTES!! I was flabbergasted to say the least. I then asked how much I owed him and he simply said "no charge ma'am". FLOORED I TELL YOU. I WAS FLOORED. I was absolutely having none of this 'free' stuff and promptly offered a 'tip' for the two of them to express just how grateful and appreciative I was for their kindness, selfless actions, and willingness to help get me back to work right away. These two guys and Alboe's is THE place to go should you EVER need anything computer related at all. And I mean that.

The staff was really friendly and the prices were great. They assisted me with troubleshooting my newly built gaming PC, which wouldn't turn on. I'll definitely return if I have any future issues.

This is a great place for all your pc repair needs saved my first gaming pc after i tried to build it myself but had some bad parts took it to kevin and he suggested some better options and had it all done pretty quick and everything works amazingly so will be back someday when i need my next build. 👍
