While traveling my computer crashed. I was able to drop it off same day. Very communicative he let me know every step of the way what I was looking at. He set out to save me money by repairing my hard drive which was excellent customer service. Not often does a business owner try to save you money. That didn’t work he accepted the labtop back and replaced the hard drive and only charged me for the parts ( free labor) also unheard of. He fixed my issue with a limited amount of time . Bonus he brought some screws that were left out to me on his off day to not have me travel back out to his shop which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would recommend especially to anyone with little to no knowledge about hardware. I felt like I got my computer fixed by a family member the way he took care of me.I’ve never had anyone go so much out there way to make sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money; Price VERY reasonable it would’ve cost me 2x what I paid back home. The best PC repair service EVER. Super fast and efficient. Akeem is so knowledgeable and will explain exactly what is going on with your device. The 🍎 store told me my brand new Mac book Air needed a $700 repair. I didn’t use my laptop for almost a month. Once I found SUZU PC and Web Akeem fixed my laptop and replaced the screen on my son’s laptop in just a few days time🙌🏾‼️ His prices are also more than reasonable! Black Owned and incredible. My son had an iPad whereas a piece of the charging cord broke off inside the charging port of the iPad, and I was unable to remove it. I had tried pretty much everything to remove it on my own (hours wasted, lol). He quoted me a very fair price and was able to remove the metal in a very short time frame. I appreciated the same day service, his responsiveness, and the reasonable cost I paid to regain access to the device. I will definitely use him again in the future!

Prices are excellent. I tried someone around the corner they quoted a price of 80.00 dollars. He was fair and said its normally 20 for service but give me 10. I gave 20 because I was pleased with customer service and work and troubleshooting. Great job.
