I stopped by without an appointment around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff greeted me warmly and took care of my iPad screen repair quickly. By lunch the next day, my device was good as new! Fast, friendly, and professional—I highly recommend this shop for reliable repairs.

My I phone was not working properly in that the caller sounded far away. I had dropped the phone and thought the speaker was damaged. My carrier said a new updated phone would be over $800 and to buy the same model phone would be $300. I found IT computer and phone repair and called to inquire about fixing my phone. Dylan answered my questions and arranged a time for me to come in right away to their office. Within 30 minutes he had my phone fixed. I didn't have to wait or leave my phone overnight. He was very knowledgeable and actually just had to clean the speaker area to make it work properly. I paid $45 for this service and was glad I didn't have to get a new phone. I definitely would use them again. '

Had the unfortunate experience of breaking my screen on my S24 ultra. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Besides taking so long for shipping of part which was not of their control . Service with this company was beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable about the product and repair service , walked me through all of my questions , communication was top notch had a phone call at least once a day if not twice until screen showed up. Dropped phone off left it in Dylan's more than cable hands went to grab a bite in town . Stopped back in a little over an hour later, and my phone was fixed. Their pricing was fair for work completed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing phone fixed.

I had a dog-meets-laptop accident which resulted in buying a new one. The same day Dylan had diagnosed the demise of my laptop, he began transferring data to my new one. I was up and running in just a day or two. If we have any future issues with our laptops or phones, or need any "how do I do this" help, we will definitely call Michael or Dylan.
