uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Replaced my laptop keyboard. I was quoted a price of roughly $321 and told it would take 2-3 days for part to arrive and then another 2-3 days to repair and that I would receive a call when the part arrived. Almost 2 weeks went by, no call. I called to check status of part. It had not been ordered yet. They claimed that the part was no longer available where they were originally shopping it but that they would be ordering the part soon. Was finally called that part arrived after 3 weeks, on a Friday. Was told no technician to repair until Monday and to bring in on Monday to be done by Tuesday. When I dropped off laptop on Monday, was told no technician until Tuesday and may not be done until Wed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the bad information as I would have waited until Tuesday to drive over there to drop off the laptop so I could have my laptop to use until they needed it to make the repair, but since I was already there, I left the laptop. To my surprise I called on the Tuesday afternoon and repair was completed and ready to pick up. When I picked up, price was more than $100 than originally quoted, at roughly $420. The original quote of roughly $320 seemed reasonable to repair, but I may have made a different decision with a quoted price of $420. A replacement keyboard can be bought for roughly $90 from Microsoft. So its looking like I paid over $300 just for labor. Not really sure why the cost increased over $100 over what they originally quoted. But for these poor communication issues, I would have given 4 stars because the repair appears to have been technically competent and my laptop is now fully functional again.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! They figured out what was wrong with my cellphone screen and discovered it was still under warranty. Even on a Friday afternoon, they finished the repair faster than the originally quoted me. I'm so relieved to have this repaired. Do not hesitate to come here if you have a phone or device that needs some help.

Got my repair done through my phone protection plan Asurion and was able to call them once I set my appointment, asked if I could come in a day early and they said "Yes"! They got me taken care of so quick and did all the transfer, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Plus educated me on some more stuff and I was able to get a backup battery pack, a screen saver for my phone with a discount. Awesome job Peachtree Industrial Team 😊👍🏽

I had a really great experience getting my phone fixed at uBreakiFix in Chamblee. I worked with a fellow named Pedro. He was very professional and provided a really great customer experience for me. Even as he navigated some technical challenges on Samsung's end of things he set expectations with me and took me along for the ride with helpful information. He called me a couple of times to update me along the way and provided outside of the box thinking to ensure I wasn't without my cellphone. I greatly appreciated Pedro's help. He is definitely an invaluable member of your team and a huge part of what made my experience so amazing and memorable! :) Also my phone is now working BEAUTIFULLY and I can't even tell that I dropped it and my screen used to be cracked. Excellent service and wonderful team running the joint!!! Highly recommend you go and if you are lucky like I was Pedro will be working there!
