Staples

So I bought a locket for my wife to give to her on her birthday. I of course wanted to fill it with a couple of photos before I gave it to her. I went to 3 different places all over town trying to get photos printed that small. I finally went to Staples where I encountered a young lady named Daniela Rodriguez in the photo center. She went WAY above and beyond to help me and even figured out how to get the little "frames" out of the locket so we could get the pictures put in. I was truly impressed with not only her customer service skills... But her humanity in helping me make a special gift for my wife. I could barely even see the pictures, but she cut them out and got them placed just perfectly. She had several other customers come up while we were working on this little project and she was able to help them too without get the least bit flustered. Truly a pro and just a really decent human being. Many thanks Daniela

A wonderful store! The kid that helped me knew what he was talking about. He was very professional, kind, and courteous. He walked me to where I would find what I was looking for. He picked out a few things and even went to another aisle to make sure I got what I was like looking for. When he checked me out he asked if I was a rewards member and made sure I received them.
