Honestly y'all when phone lab first opened, I received excellent service, Will was my go to guy for my phone issues I purchased 2 phones my sister one and small accessories one too within a couple years . The other day I had some small tech issue with my phone I asked for Will, to see if he'd take a quick look at it, they now charge $65 just to look at the phone! I was like I guess they reached their success point and have become like the rest of the businesses it's all about the money now! I had to go elsewhere for my small phone tech issue!

Awesome place for your phone repairs. Very good customer service. Extremely nice, and helpful. Fixed my phone, I had front and back screens replaced. It was done and ready to go in just a few days. Only because they had to order them. Would've been quicker but had to order. They aren't extremely expensive. I will use them again in a instant. Highly recommended!

I brought my I Pad 7 in for a new battery. Connor quoted me a great price for the install, I brought it in on a Wednesday early afternoon. Connor said might be Friday before it was ready, he called me the next day at noon and said it was ready! He even replaced the home button at no charge! Connor was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with! Thanks for the great service and the quality work Connor! You have a repeat customer for sure!!

This cellular phone repair company rates very high with me. This one is located in Calhoun,ga. In very easy to find location. The gentleman who assisted me was very familiar with my phone style, and seemed to be well educated in this field. Their price was fair,considering the importance of me being able to get back into my phone. This man was able to get my phone part ordered,shipped and received, not to mention fixed my phone all in a matter of a day and a half. Thank you so much to " Phone Lab" for incredibly fast service. I DEFINATELY Recommend this business for cell phone repair. I will be using them again in the future.
