The service was absolutely phenomenal. I made an appointment online today but came in early and the kindest gentleman helped me. He was clear and informative and helped me go through insurance and then schedule the in store installation for my phone screen. 100% recommend!

Rick at the Canton GA office is amazing! He went well above and beyond for my repair of my Galaxy flip 5. I went from paying $200 for the repair to paying nothing at all in warranty!!!!! Thank you so much! His customer service is 5 star well above par for sure!

Terrible. I went in with an insurance claim at 5:30pm on Thursday evening, and Rick said they were closing. They are open until 7pm, and he told me they are closing early because it was a slow day. Never heard of a business refusing a customer to close early. I called at noon the following day (today) to make sure I could bring the phone back to get it repaired, and the same employee - Rick - said "you can, but I don't know how long we are going to stay open". Why would I waste my time to drive there and back again with no confidence that they are going to complete my repair?! Sounds like Rick just doesn't want to work.
