Julie and her worker bees are terrific, they are so knowledgeable about services, technology and repairs. She is very high energy, friendly and kind, she’s easy to talk to and was a joy to work with. The customer service is impeccable. She is fair with pricing, honest and transparent about what you need and what it will take for to get you up and running. She took excellent care of me and I would recommend this repair shop for anything. Her customers are loyal and happy when they leave. I’ve seen her with them on several occasions. I can’t thank her enough for taking care of my needs. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know. It was a great experience!

Brought my laptop in yesterday because the screen had been on the fritz for the past couple days. Everyone there was so very nice and eager to assist. I explained the situation and handed my laptop to Mrs. Julie and she went to work instantly. I was in awe as she repaired my computer in a matter of minutes!!! Now it works like a dream! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with computer issues! Mrs. Julie is very attentive, knowledgeable, and so reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming here again in the future with any computer issues !

My husband brought his laptop here today because it was on the fritz. The corner of the screen was malfunctioning with a “ghost touch” The lady who helped him was able to fix the issue within a few minutes and now his laptop is working great! Highly recommend!
