Dishonest… Very dishonest… After 4 days of picking up my laptop, the touchscreen did not work. They said I did not ask them to fix the touchscreen and only asked to fix the screen. If the laptop is touchscreen and I pay you to fix it, the touchscreen should be working.They asked for another $100 plus to fix the touchscreen when I already paid close to $400 to fix the broken screen. They charge tax on the deposit and charge tax on the balance. Why would I pay more to fix the touchscreen when I paid almost $400 to have it fix in the first place. There are other honest shops in Calhoun that will fix it for less. Do not trust this shop.
