The staff member said that my phone would be ready in about 90 minutes, so I left and came back about 2-1/2 hours later. I then had to wait about another half hour for the phone to be repaired. The staff member was friendly and apologized for.the wait time. The delay may have been due to how busy they were since it was a Saturday and/or possibly being short staffed. The repair itself was done well and I got my phone back the same day, which I greatly appreciate. Google had recommended that I call the shop and verify that they had the parts, but when I did I got confused by the parent company's voice prompts and I ended up talking to someone at corporate rather than the shop. The person at corporate couldn't help me. I called back and listened to all of the prompts and was able to reach the shop and talk to them. All in all it was an easy and pleasant experience and they did great work!

This is an amazing shop. I have a smart watch and an Android phone. My watch lost connections with my phone. I tried everything, even contacted the watch manufacturer and my mobile phone carrier, couldn't get fixed. Came here, it was repaired quickly. Great job, I would highly recommend them.

They fixed my tablet with no issues. The whole team was great and Ferdinand was especially helpful and very funny. Definitely recommend. Will be back with my laptop!

I really appreciate Cody taking the time to fix my son's gaming laptop. It needed to be repaired and he did a great job communicating with me regarding the arrival of the replacement part.
