DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOOTH IN THE MALL OF GEORGIA!!!THEY SELLING FAKE THINGS!!! ESPECIALLY AIRPODS THEY ARE SELLING FAKE AIR PODS I TOOK THE PAIR THAT WAS GIVING TO ME FROM THE “THE FIX” BOOTH TO THE APPLE STORE AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY WERE FAKE…SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOTH ITS IN THE MALL OF GEORGIA PLEASE DON’T BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMING!!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND I HAD MY RECEIPT I BASICALLY THREATENED THEM WITH MY LAWYER IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND STAY AWAY!!!

I went to go get my back glass fixed because it was cracked and they told me that it would take one hour and charged me $135. I go back to check in with them after an hour and he suddenly told me that my flashlight wasn't working. Before he started working on my phone, he and I both checked that the flashlight was working. He then proceeds to tell me that he could fix it in two more hours with no extra charges. Two hours later, he gives me a call saying that he could not fix the flashlight, unless I paid more money. He hangs up on me and I call him about 10 times in which he did not answer. I go back to the stand, get my phone, confirm that my flashlight does not work. The other thing was that my cellular data would not turn on. It didn't even have the option to turn on or off. He tells me that it's not his problem, I didn't do anything, what should I do. I ask him to call his boss/manager and he tells me he doesn't have one. I was going back and forth, arguing with him to fix my phone, and he kept explaining that he used a laser to take the glass off, saying it might be too hot so the inside might be damaged. He admits that he was at fault for not being careful with the laser, and saying no refund. I called the police, and he proceeds to call his boss, then turns around and tells me he can only give me $100 dollars refunded, and the rest from his pocket. I kept asking him for a full refund and he kept denying saying he could not. I had to argue my way and threaten him with police and a report for him to finally give me a full refund. Turns out, during the removal process, he burned my Antennas, my motherboard, and my flashlight, resulting in me having to get a whole new phone. I don't recommend this place for anything. They were not apologetic, took no responsibility and are not qualified to fix phones. I also want to add that when I arrived at the stand the second time, he was already fighting with another customer about their phone.
