Everything about my experience was perfect. I had an appointment at 5:20 pm today and was seen immediately by Santiago, who I cannot say enough good things about. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and had my laptop fixed in less than 30 minutes. This was the first time I had to go to Geek Squad about anything and it was truly amazing. Give Santiago a raise right now!

I have to give 1 star to write a review or the review can’t be posted, Geek Squad is a very UNORGANIZED institution, they give you a visit window of 6 to 12 hours, means someone who has nothing to do in the world can wait for them all day to have service done, but for Working Americans class Geek Squad is not worth it, for example a person like me has to arrange another person to cover my job for $75 an hour for 5 hours, in order for me to stay home to fix my appliances, this cost me $375 to fix my appliance. Geek squad should consider and respect working class Americans and design acceptable waiting hours , I don’t recommend Best Buy warranties Geek Squad!

Ok, so this place has fantastic food! The service was great as well. Don't miss the honey pecan croissants...I had a spinach salad with warm bacon dressing and my husband had the Kona chicken. Both entrees were delicious. We needed a box to take some home. The Brownie with coconut was wonderful. We will be returning!

I have brought my business computers here for years to get repairs. Today, I brought a laptop in for service. A Geek Squad team member (a female with burgundy hair) looked at me disdainfully and asked if I had an appointment. I told her I didn’t, but that I would gladly make one and come back. She rolled her eyes and said, “we require you have an appointment. Let me see if I can find an agent to do that; we’re really busy.” Ok, no problem. I waited as she walked up to a young man working the counter and told him, “That lady needs help,” to which he replied, “She needs to make an appointment and come back.” Since he said it loud enough for me to hear, I chimed in that it would be fine if I had to make an appointment and come back. He then cut straight to business, and hastily asked for all my info. It’s a blessing that they are so busy, but this is the worst I have ever been treated here, and certainly by people who are in the customer service industry. I cancelled my appointment and will probably pay double to keep from giving this location my money. Too much eye rolling and disservice for me to ever go back. Good luck staying in business with attitudes like this.

i came to fix my iPhone which i guess was my first mistake. but they wanted me to pay $600 to send it in and literally said there was no guarantee it would be fixed. i went to the apple store and they replaced my phone in half the time i spent here. maybe its cuz they hire children, maybe they aren’t trained properly. whatever the issue is, stay away if you have apple products. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS.
