Quick Stop Computers+

This used to be my go to place. It was close and always did good work. The last time I went I noticed all new people and was told the people I normally worked with moved on. Now I noticed they are no longer there and had to find a new place. I used Reboot Hub this last time and they did a great job for me.

I am convinced this store is incapable of returning electronics in functioning order and is unable to do anything within a reasonable time frame. I gave them a laptop to fix the screen, it was returned to me with a fried logic board. They said they fixed the board, but when I got it back it still didn't work. I decided to try and sell it to them instead and the general manager was unable to provide any portion of the money we agreed on even 3 weeks after we made the deal (mind you, this store had my laptop since spring and it is now October). This store will not contact you even if they say they will. One star is too generous of a rating for them. Do not trust them with your electronics.

I have given this business several chances! They replace my screen without notice and charged me for it. I had the return to get the plastic left in my cooling fan taken out. They lied many times about replacing my battery. They would keep my laptop for WEEKS WITHOUT COMMUNICATING. I would have to initiate communication or drop by the store for updates. There’s always an excuse or I was told WE FORGOT WHAT THAT PART WAS FOR. To wrap this review up, do not waste your time nor risk them causing MORE PROBLEMS to your computers/devices! I had to find another business to fix my issues and PAY MORE MONEY. 👎👎👎

I needed a new battery in my laptop. Called Quick Stop and was told to bring it by so they could see which battery to order and there will be a $75 dollar fee plus the price of the battery. We stopped by so they could see which battery to order on Sept. 10 and were told that the battery would be there in about 3 business days. After a week of waiting, we called and were told the battery was ordered from Amazon and he checked shipping details, then returned to the phone and said the battery is in Georgia and they should have it soon. Almost two weeks later, we called again. The guy checked and said apparently the order got cancelled because the battery was out of stock. Not sure which story is true since he had previously stated that Amazon claimed the shipment was in Georgia and now he said the order was cancelled. We requested and received a refund after being told they don't give refunds but my husband insisted on a refund. We waited three weeks for nothing. They could have called and updated us.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST place for all your computer needs!!! Two days after my warranty expired my son stepped on my Beats laptop shattering the screen. In the mist of the madness a cup of coffee was also spilled on the keyboard drenching it. Devastated & ready to count it as a loss a friend recommended that I let Dougwoody look at it. I am so glad I took her advice!! As a single mother of 3 & a returning college student extra cash is a luxury that one doesn't always have. After I explained my situation to Doug, he assured me that he could fix it & it wouldn't cost me a small fortune. After Doug repaired my laptop I can honestly say it work better now than it did when I purchased it. Dougwoody will be the only place I go to for my computer needs!! They are fair, honest, helpful, & absolutely reasonably priced. In closing I have to say I am 110% percent satisfied with the repairs that were done & customer service wise this is one of the BEST experiences I have had. Thank You again Dougwoody, you are truly a blessing!!!
