I needed some work done on my laptop that was beyond my expertise. The reason I chose TechWizards was the fact that the owner responds to every review...good or bad. In my opinion, someone who takes the time to read and reply to every comment cares about their customer and their business. It shows a level of commitment that many places do not exhibit. At any rate, I thought that my laptop was going to need some pricey parts and I was preparing myself for a large quote for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Ashley this AM (I only dropped it off late last week) and the charge was only $10.00. Quick and honest, they are also a pleasure to deal with. If I need more work done, TechWizards has my business.

They saved my gaming/college-work PC after the liquid cooling essentially blew up everywhere inside the tower upon my return from the army. (The liquid cooling is extremely corrosive and my computer was not looking good). My computer runs like new now and is even better than it had ever been. Awesome service, quick service, and they called for updates/customer preferences. What more needs to be said? 10/10 and a huge thank you for saving me from looking for a new computer!
