Great customer service. Amber replaced my HDMI port on my PS5 within an hour & gave me advice to prevent the port from being damaged again. Price sure beats a new console. Highly recommend!

I paid $430 to have my Mac book air screen replaced (with an aftermarket product) 5 days ago. The battery went dead and I picked it up by the corner of the screen and keyboard and placed on the charger so that I could keep working. The screen would not turn on because it was cracked. Pwr on refused to fix it under the “lifetime warranty” although it appears to be defective screen and on top of that the seal was already coming off (again it’s only been 5 days). I paid via Venmo in order to save the cc fee and now I am stuck with a broken laptop, cannot take it to Apple bc they no longer have my original part (strange it’s only been 5 days including sat&sun) and I am out $430. They offered to replace it for $300 plus tax and waive the labor. I could have bought a brand new Mac book air for $899 and who’s to say it will not break again in a couple of days. Also, it should be noted that I original chose them because they had good reviews and my laptop was suppose to be ready the next day by noon (it actually took twice as long), I was not made aware it was not going to be an Apple product until after I paid and I honestly didn’t think about it much since there was supposedly a “lifetime warranty.” Consumer beware! At the very least don’t pay via Venmo and use your credit card so that you can dispute it. The manager seemed to be an honest person and I did not overthink it. Photos show loose strip on the side and where I held the laptop by the top and bottom to move it to the charger. Follow up: no ma’am you did not offer an Apple product replacement. You says Apple was “funny” about getting things with their logos and that the replacement part would not have the Apple logo since it was not an Apple product. I was never quoted an Apple product replacement nor overnight fee. I was told the laptop would be ready the following day by noon per YOUR text message below. “ Hi, thank you for providing the model number! The A2337 screen repair is $389 plus tax and we can have the screen in before 12 tomorrow. The screen has a lifetime warranty and once the screen has been delivered it takes about an hour to repair.” Again I did not crack the screen again. The screen cracked because it was either defective or installed incorrectly…in addition the the seal is loose. Please refer to the picture. Again, I picked up my laptop on the 23rd and it cracked on the 28th-5 days later just because I held it by the corners when I placed it on the charger. I did not drop it, I did not hit it with anything, I didn’t even apply a lot of pressure. It is defective or installed incorrectly and you refuse to standby your statement “The screen has a lifetime warranty.”

I've now taken 2 devices to be fixed (a phone and Nintendo switch) both were fixed for a very fair price and one took about 2 hours and the other about 30 minutes! I am extremely happy with the friendly, fast service! Thank you PwrOn Repair!!

Communication by the staff and techs are impeccable. Well worth the price to fix your stuff. Can't beat the quality service. Brought in a Nintendo Switch that needed repairs, as stuff can and does break when you least expect it. You can count on them for having the necessary tools for making repairs to your electronics. Would highly recommend.

I accidentally fell on a cord that was connected to my ps5 which ended up falling and messed up the hdmi port from the PlayStation. I came in and got it fixed within an hour. They were super sweet and even offered to check the other HDMI’s I inserted onto the PlayStation to check if I had messed them up which thankfully I didn’t. Overall I had a great experience going here and would come back again if I ever drop my ps5 again or anything else 😭
