TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST OF ALL. The lady that sits behind the desk was the first individual to fix my phone. The second time was a guy, and was about a month ago. When he fixed the phone along with it I purchased an otter box case ($20-25) and a screen protector ($15). THREE WEEKS LATER the phone barely drops and the screen comes outside of the whole case. I UPLOADED PICTURES because the lady who sat behind the desk argued with me and my mother about how the phone could not do that…. when there are pictures soon as it happened. Moral of the story I am unsatisfied and unhappy because these people continue to take your money and cannot reason with you at all. The lady has a terrible attitude and it needs to be checked. My experience at My Wireless phone repair was awesome. Shon the owner was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the right phone for my fiance to use with voice access. She is very knowledgeable. If you are looking for professional and efficient please check her out.

Customer service was very poor, representative spoke to me like I was stupid, because I asked for more information on a screen repair. She kept repeating the same information not ever giving more details as to why it was that answer. Also I came to get data off my device that the owner had quoted me a price for last time I was in the store and they doubled the price. With no reason and no way of contacting the owner. This representation makes me not ever want to come back. The first visit was pleasant and welcoming- the female working at this shop on deans bridge will plummet your business with that etiquette. No assurance no empathy poor customer service skills all the way around.

I randomly walked in and needed to get my broken cracked phone screen fix. Young lady was calm, respectful and helpful. No appointments needed, and fixed my phone less than 30 minutes. I was impressed and thought anyone who wanted to fix their phone, should come here. Plus, If you are a smoker, it’s a good place to buy papers and rolls. They also have nice tees and masks. I recommend a drive by. Con: Name of the Business is confusing especially on the Map. Pro: Affordable and Fast & Efficient. Please keep that energy!

sign on the door says open on Saturdays at 11:00 am. I sat outside for over an hour waiting and no one showed up. You all have the phone that I dropped off for repairs a week prior to today. I want my phone. And it is very bad business for you all NOT to be responsible enough to have someone at your shop when your sign clearly states you all should be there. several cars came and left while waiting on you all to open up. I finally left at 12:15 pm. once I get my phone I WILL be going somewhere else to do business.
