Interior design of the store is sleek, and the staff are friendly. However, the method of getting assistance or service is far behind any other store, despite the store being on the smaller end. The experience of getting serviced in the Apple Store is similar to an appointment at a doctor’s office. Both of my visits here were essentially the same in its format: First you are scheduled or told a time to come by, then you arrive, next you wait even longer just to talk to someone to check in, then you get seated or stand somewhere else to wait even longer, afterwards you talk to another person to double check what you needed, wait even longer after that, then hope the third person you talk to is able to complete your request, or you repeat a previous step until you get to the end. While the inventory for Apple products may be more expansive than other retailers, it is far more inconvenient to shop here than stores like Walmart or Best Buy.

My husband and I were in yesterday to get him his very first iPhone and Apple Watch so he can monitor his Afib. The staff was beyond excellent!! Everyone of them was extremely helpful. We went back today and Morgan, who was the first to help us yesterday, greeted us and helped us complete my husbands setup. She is such an asset to the Apple Store. I was greeted as soon I walked in the door. I had an appointment and the store was busy, but I didn't have to wait too long for assistance (~15 minutes). The salesman was courteous and was able to resolve my issue quickly. He walked me through the steps of setting up my phone and transferring data. He also gave me helpful tips.

There is a reason this store is rated so low. I was told by a young male employee whose name was difficult to pronounce but started with a ‘J’ that I was able to do a ‘band swap’. I specifically asked if it mattered that the watch was purchased elsewhere and that we had the electronic receipt and he said no. I didn’t have the watch with me, so I returned to do the swap. Manager said this was not allowed and I asked him why the employee was trained that way and described the employee to him, in which he said ‘ no one here fits that description.’ Well, someone does and you are in fact lying and should take better precision in training your employees. I was going to spend the $50 for a new band the first night I came there, but now the watch is going to be returned and I will never bother with another Apple product again. Terrible customer service.

Great store with attentive associates! I really want to highlight our experience with Josh though: he was super friendly, knowledgeable about all the products we wanted and very helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to him.
