uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I recently went to uBreakiFix to get my iPhone Pro fixed, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. Going into it, I was a bit worried about how much hassle it might be and how long I’d be without my phone, but it turned out to be incredibly easy and stress-free. First off, I was impressed that they were open on Sunday—it fit perfectly into my schedule. From the moment I walked in, the customer service agent was fantastic. They were super friendly and walked me through the process, explaining everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I expected the cost to be higher, especially since I was getting service on a weekend, but it was surprisingly affordable and didn’t break my budget. The repair itself was quicker than I anticipated; I was in and out faster than I thought possible. And the agent was not only efficient but also genuinely helpful. They even gave me a few tips on iPhone maintenance to help avoid similar issues in the future. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service at uBreakiFix—great price, exceptional customer service, and a smooth, quick repair process. Highly recommend!

Very help full and fast. I had scheduled an appointment on line, they called me the morning of the appointment to confirm as well as gather more details about the broken device. They quoted me a price for the repairs over the phone so I knew a head of time how much to expect to pay. This made it less stressful and faster for me than had I just walked into the store off the street. They had the broken screen replaced on my iPhone 15 within two hours of dropping it off at the store. Quality of the screen is great and the price they charged me for the screen and the labor was less than the cost of buying a new screen on line and doing it myself.

I am NOT at all happy here! When my battery needed to be fixed NOT only did I have to wait extra time but I also got home expecting my charger to work and it didn’t! How am I supposed to know of the rep didn’t tell me exactly he’s only fixing a certain Port?! I’m not a lab top mechanic I don’t know there different!!! This should have been explained. Why is this charger not charging???! Now I have to go again and find where the charger is and spend more money for a specific charger. If it was a battery is it should have resolved whatever port the battery is connected to. ?

The employees in this store were outstanding. After paying for a cracked screen repair at another location that was defective, I filed a claim through Asurion. The claim was not specific to this store because they did not have the required part, but the employees here assisted me with temporarily removing the defective screen several times so I could file the claim and use my old phone to set up the new one I eventually received. During my time in the store (it turned out to be a lot!) I observed them helping other customers several times. Would highly recommend for insurance claims and walk-in repairs.

I brought my Samsung Chromebook to be repaired because the screen was not turning on. The young gentleman took my laptop to test out the reason why the screen was not coming on. It only took him 5 minutes to give me a diagnosis and let me know that it wouldn't be cost efficient for me to order and have the screen replaced. That was some good sound advice. That's why I continue to bring all of my electronics, both phones and computers to uBreakiFix. This is the second time something has been diagnosed and they gave me good advice as to whether or not I should invest in fixing the electronics or purchasing new electronics. All of this was free of charge! And that is what builds customer loyalty. They will continue to get my business!
