Zach was very helpful with trying to get my issue fixed he was very pleasant and understood how frustrating it is that my equipment is not working as it should. He made sure after troubleshooting did not fix the problem that a new device will be sent out.

Zach was amazing at helping figure out what was going on with the laptop and headphones. Turns out it was user ignorance and he was wonderful at not pointing out I'm the moron. (My thoughts not his)! Hope I never need them again but I am confident in the fact that if I do my issues will be resolved quickly and completely.
