Everyone is nice and polite. Everyone seems to enjoy being there and working together. That definitely makes a huge difference in customer service. They did an awesome job replacing the screen on my iPad. Though they have a 24 hour turn around. My iPad was fixed the same day and ready for pick up within a few hrs. They even removed and replaced my tablet inside the case for me. The prices are fair and reasonable.
