Wonderful service! Fast, affordable, and great customer service. I arrived just about 20 minutes before they close because I had trouble locating the shop an couldn't get them on the phone (I wasn't aware it was located inside of H Mart). Even though they were closing soon, he fixed my cell phone within those 20 minutes and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone I know!

this is my second time using owl repair services for my cracked phone screen, and they do not disappoint! I hope I don’t have to go back soon (for obvious reasons) but they are definitely my go to for repairs. Vicky gives great customer service and made my experience a positive one.

I was in the area and google “phone repair”. The gentleman (Patrick) answered my phone and quoted for my iphone XR repair for crack screen. The pricing was reasonable. Service was amazing as patrick fixed it in 20 mins. They also provide a warranty plan for first 3 months free and can be cancelled anytime. Highly recommend this place for phone repairs

Went to get a screen replaced. They recommended a used one from eBay claimed 100% working, and I also added the item to my account and tried to order it myself. They told me it could not be shipped to their store if I ordered it. They replaced the screen a week later. The part was $135, labor $50. They suggested me to pay with cash, otherwise they would charge taxes. When I picked up they told me it’s good to go. However when I got home, found that fans running loudly, no audio, the screen had highlighted background. Called the store and Patrick agreed to put my original screen back and gave me full refund. When I got the store he told me he couldn’t give full refund because eBay seller was allowed to return. I told him it’s not true because of the listing was free return. I asked him to show me that they bought the same item we agreed that day but they refused. Obviously they bought a cheaper part, because that item they showed me was still in my cart waiting me to pay. When Patrick put my original screen back I found more damage. Previously only a few vertical lines on the screen we can live with it. However Patrick made more damages we cannot use the screen anymore. He also refused to full refund. They charged me $70 for nothing but damages! When I called to quote a price, Patrick told me labor $60 actually another person told me $50. The part Patrick quoted me price higher than another person quoted. Do not recommend this place. Don’t trust them. They have a bad technique, is irresponsible, deceptive. they don’t check if the issues are fixed for you. Once you leave your stuff to have the fixed, you need to pay them even your stuff isn’t fixed. You also have a risk that your item is back to you with more issues. Save your time, money and energy to go somewhere else! They said inspected it to make sure there were no issues. Liar? The store was noisy also I had hearing loss. This Mac is my son’s I don’t know the password so I was unable to check carefully. But you are the person who replaced it you should know the issues. If you don’t you’re not qualified to repair the Mac. We don’t trust you anymore after we saw the screen you replaced. I have never said that I want to buy a new Mac. My son was okay if I didn’t go to your place to replace the screen. However after you replaced the screen Without audio with louder fan, no one can tolerate it. After I saw that you made more damages for our screen and refused full refund how can I trust you?!

Tyler and Vicky were both very helpful and got the parts needed and the service done on a tight time-line as we were just in town for a week. It took them about 3 hours to completely rebuild 2 of our phones front and back glass with oem parts from Samsung. Highly recommend!
