Mac Learn

Macbook was hung up after attempting a software upgrade. After referrals from the Mac Store were not an option because they were closed on Sunday, we came across Mac Learn searching the net. Hesitant to call on a Sunday, but called anyway. Ian answered and we arranged to drop off the laptop within the half hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared why the computer hung up. Gave us the worse case and best case scenarios, quoted a price range and when he would be done. He was done ahead of time, the price was fair and within the quoted range. He also cleaned the disk, resulting in the computer operating more efficiently and with a clearer screen than before it hung up. Excellent service, wonderful demeanor, and all around Mac expert.
