Ask the guy if they do credit check and he said that all I needed was my bank to be approved. I asked do they check credit he said no because I’m currently building my credit I don’t want no hard inquires and he signs me on progressive it does ask for your social and it does hit your credit because I’ve done this in the past so instead of just telling me how much for everything in that wanted in cash cause I have the money but wanted me to do the financing for idk what reason mind you I did the credit got denied why? Because I have my credit locked and that’s why I asked this question before he started to waste my time and when he could of gave me the cash price out the door when I asked on messenger I also was going to let them repair my Mac book but after that I ain’t even want them to fix my computer ask for a refund and tells me he can send me a cashapp when I started to report them for this behavior mind you he snatched my MacBook from my hands too and I’m a female so he was aggressive after I didn’t want to deal with them and proceed to tell me to use common sense because that no credit is bs they do look at the credit and will be a inquiry regardless if your fixing your credit or building it and you get asked for you social it’s going to get hit no matter what they tell you. Don’t listen to the bs I would rather pay cash then hit my credit the computers I seen to you can get brand new or on Facebook marketplace for less.

Dude doesn't know how to talk to people. If zero stars was an option then that's what I would have chosen. Selling items that don't last. I got my account closed I that leased through so thats good and surprisingly I wasn't the first and only customer to report this business to the BBB which should say alot.

This place seems shady. I placed an Oder for an iPhone 15 pro 512 and paid the fee to have it financed and shipped. That was Friday. It is now Thursday and I have no tracking information or package . All they said was I am contacting my shipping department with an email and haven’t got a tracking number. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow with ups with no information to see what time they are delivering considering that I have to sign for them to deliver it. Very unprofessional. I had to get the finance company involved because he marked the item as received and I haven’t received Ben received shipping information. He said I was supposed to get it on Thursday once again with no tracking information and nothing ever came. He now says I’m being annoying because I’m asking for my shipping information. Which you’re supposed to give when shipping an item. Any other company would give the tracking information right away when they ship. For a $1600 phone this is unacceptable to me. He said he’s been in business for years and I don’t understand how when I’m going through so much just to get a tracking number. I would not recommend to anyone else to use this company for getting anything shipped to them. I have included the he texts that he sent after I had to get the financial company involved to cancel the contract and get a refund since he refused to answer my calls. At this point I feel like this is a scam. I’ve never meet anyone at a business that gets mad or annoyed when a paying customer is asking for information on shipment. He gave me the run around for days just to now tell me its procedure to not provide shipping information after I got the financial company involved.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went to this establishment to turn in my laptop that stopped working. He had terrible customer service. I asked speak to the owner and he told me that he couldn’t connect me to anyone but once I stated that I was going to escalate the situation, he mentioned that he was the owner. He was being extremely rude. I waited an hour and a half after he took a lunch break with a sign that says 15 minutes and he’ll be back. Would not recommend him for anything.
