Edited for clarity and updated: I do not trust the high Google rating for this business! I suspect many of the supposed 5-star reviews are actually written by bots. My experience here was awful. I went in on a recent Saturday to get my phone battery replaced. They said it would take 2-3 hours and cost $80. I was confused on why it would take so long, but I foolishly gave them my phone. They didn't contact me for 5 hours! I went into the store to get an update, and they were "just finishing up the work." However, after waiting in the store for another 20 minutes, they brought out my phone and said that the back of the phone had warped slightly during the battery swap. I was shocked to see that the back of my phone was badly cracked and uneven, and it was only loosely attached to my phone (check out pictures). Clearly, their technician had badly overheated my phone while trying to get the back off. They still made me pay for the battery swap, just with a 20% discount (gee, thanks). They claimed they had ordered a new back for the phone, and they would contact me shortly about getting it replaced for free. However, they never contacted me again [update: they did contact me 10 days later after I had left a bad review and repaired the phone on my own]. The worst part of the story is my battery life didn't really improve. They refused to give me the old battery when I requested it in the store which is very shady. Overall, I found this business to be both slow and incompetent. You’re better off fixing your phone on your own!!!

Great screen replacement at a fair price. Cameron was extremely helpful and informative. He explained in detail the damage of the phone and why it had issues. His customer service was amazing, 10/10 would recommend!

Been here once before for a phone repair. The team is always polite and cheerful as they repair your device. Cam, however, seems to go above and beyond. He remembered me, took his time to insure he gave my device a proper assessment, and he hit me with some helpful tips to protect my battery on the way out. Cam is a great guy with positive energy. it was much appreciated.

I managed to crack my iPhone screen near the edge. I could barely see the cracks, so I said "Oh well" and for months I lived with them. Then some rain seeped into them. I dried the phone, stored it over rice for two days. The screen still flashed every time it powered up. Parts of it were nonresponsive. Time to look into getting it fixed. I found iRepairIT online. I saw they often do same-day service, and they're open on Sundays. And when I drove into the lot I realized I'd been there five years ago for a computer repair, and they were great! Cameron diagnosed the problem right away, let me know that there was definitely water damage to the screen connection but he'd check whether it went beyond that. It turned out, no; so in half an hour I had a new screen, a fully functioning phone, and a 30-day guarantee for the work. Cameron was professional, friendly, and very effective! For the second time, I'm glad I came here.
