I can’t speak for the quality of their work but I called them about fixing the back on my iPhone 14 after speaking to a young lady I drove to their location on Pharr road. After arriving she told me she didn’t have the back for my phone even though I had just talked to her. She called to her Smyrna store while I was still inside and said that they had the part I drove 30 minutes to that store and as soon as I got there the girl said that they also didn’t have the part even though she just confirmed that they did. Normally I wouldn’t be upset but I needed to turn the phone in that day to at&t for my promotion

I could not plug in the charging cable into my Samsung tablet. Due to the decent experience my husband had with his iphone repair, I bought my tablet into iRepairIT Buckhead. My tablet was number of years old. I used my husband's contact info and also gave them my direct info as well. Week 1 - Told would be repaired within a week. Week 2 - I called and told the charging issue was done; but needed a new battery. Would take a week to complete. Approval was given. Week 3 - I called and was told battery came in, but was defective and a new order was ordered. Week 4 - I called and was told the motherboard was no good and a new tablet could be ordered and I'm certain I was told the data could be transferred. Gave approval. Week 5 - I called and was told they had called and were waiting on my approval. Gave approval again. Week 6 - They called and told the "tablet is back in its original condition and we do have another tablet.....". Upon arrival, I found the new similar tablet did not have the data from the old tablet. I explained the new tablet was worthless to me without the old tablet data. I do not know if iRepairIT Buckhead was planning to charge me for this tablet; but I declined getting this because I could have just bought a new tablet in the beginning had they told me the data could not be transferred. The lack of transparency and communication over a 5 to 6 week period is why we will not go back for our future repairs needs. At this point, I wonder if their technician damaged my tablet. UPDATE: Took to another repair shop - was told screen was cracked.

I just had my phone repaired by Jacob & he was wonderful. I called before going and he let me know he could have my screen like new in about 45 minutes and he was finished a little before that. He was so nice and professional. He even put my screen protector on top of the new glass too. I would 100% recommend this repair shop & especially Jacob! Thanks so much!

They made my day! They cleaned my phone ear speaker and charging port quickly and for free! I've taken phones here to repair in the past and they do very fast, thorough and inexpensive repairs
