Do not come here to get your laptop fixed. I brought my cracked MacBook here to get fixed. Once the laptop was so-called fix my screen started messing up immediately. I brought it back during my warranty and the guy so-called fixed it again he did not fix my computer screen at all. He shops from cheap vendors I could not access my camera and my screen was still having issues, and when I came back the older Asian guy who runs the shop, gave me a hard time and complained about Apple instead of treating me like a good customer after I spent $500 for nothing. Don’t waste your time or money go somewhere that values you and actually does good technical work

AFFORDABLE AND EFFICIENT!! My power supply went out on my outdated desktop. I ended up buying a reasonably priced updated refurbished one, got all my data transferred over and I am back up and running in less than 24 hours.

I retired recently. Haven't built a computer in a while but I figured, "No problem!" Would not power up. Tweaked all the connections, no help. Checked with a local computer shop and was told it would be $100 an hour and they would have to do a full rebuild. Took it to GIM because I bought a computer there years ago. They fixed it almost as soon as they started working on it, only charged me for one hour's work. I live 30 miles away and, well, you know Atlanta traffic. Was totally worth the time and gas to trust GIM. Was worth every penny. Excellent service, excellent work. 10/10 no question.

A friend recently asked me to help him pick out a new desktop PC. For over 25 years I have purchased PCs from GIM for my business and personal use. Naturally, I returned to GIM to specify my friend's new PC. GIM is always very helpful with specifying the best components for the needs of the user. They don't do a one fits all solution. They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.

I have bought 3 computers from this guy and sent a lot of business his way, recently I took one of my MacBooks to him because it started moving really slow, buffering all the time and as a DJ that’s a night mare, I asked him what would be the best solution should I take my 2 Terra byte hard drive out and turn it into a external hard drive , and use my newer Mac , so he said only thing we could do is try and it didn’t work , he persisted in having me pay him for diagnostics that was so call gonna take a few days which was unacceptable for me so I asked him to purchase a 2 terra byte usb and I would gradually transfer my music crates one by one when he told me the price of the usb I went on Amazon and saw it much cheaper so asked him what’s the difference and there was non, this Chinese man lost it and started getting loud talking about that’s why he doesn’t touch any computer without taking money first so I keep my cool and said there must be a misunderstanding I didn’t say I wasn’t gonna get yours I was just checking my options as a consumer. At this point I was a pissed I told him just put my computer back together which was just a matter of putting a few screws in he gave me the total and labor charges and as I was about to pay I said to hell with this guy he appeared very prejudice and I refused to business with him I paid him $40.00 for taking out screws and left I will never support that place again and the kicker is when I got home my computer was working perfectly…after he told he my computer was corrupted and he had to install a new operation system he takes advantage of people that’s not computer literate ..God don’t like ugly
