Computer Doctor

Alvin Patterson arrived and diagnosed the issue regarding the sound problem in my laptop. He suggested I order the replacement part and then let him know when when it arrives so we can schedule a second visit for the part installation. The diagnosis went well. A week later the part arrived but Alvin or anyone else was unreachable by phone and email. I repeatedly called and left messages but never received return communication by phone. He simply ghosted me. He was reliable in the past but not now. It turns out he is married to the sister of a friend of mine. My friend got a hold of him and he told him that he would finally get back in touch with me but he never did. This is highly unprofessional and a shame because I really wanted to support this black owned business. Not to mention his listed business address has been incorrect for several years. He is now based out of Union City, GA. Either way, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Computer Doctor repaired my computer on the same day that I called. Both their technical skills and customer service were impressive. My laptop would not boot up to windows. The tech has it repaired in 30 minutes. I haven't had a problem since.

I have been using Alvin at Computer Doctor for two years now. Even as a small business I need the special attention a larger company does but need it in a more timely manner and cost efficient. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours, the jobs or issues have been resolved in the first visit and I definitely feel I've gotten tremendous value for my money. From clearing up viruses to setting up new computers personalized for me in particular can be a challenge and Alvin has been able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. Purchasing their software is much less expensive than buying in a store also. Overall after two years I give a five star rating or two thumbs up! My antique shop biz runs swiftly and quickly and I feel confident in the security of my online transactions too.

I had a great experience with this company. The first thing that impressed me was that I didn't have to bring my computer to them. They came to me. I run my business from different locations with a very complex networking system. I'm pretty technical so normally when I have an issue I can fix it. This time I needed help so I called Computer Doctor. The guy figured out what the problem was in 10 minutes. He had my network up and running again within 30 minutes.

I was calling around for a company that could make my computer faster. I ran across Computer Doctor on Google. I choose them because they made house calls. The repair guy came to my house and diagnosed my computer. He told me how much it would cost me to speed it up> The price was great so I had the service done. I must say that I am really impressed with the job he did. My computer seems to be running faster than I can ever remember.
