If it was possible, I would rate this store as ZERO stars. Definitely horrible experience today. I went to the store around 1:30pm today, store was half full not 100% full. The first person I’ve met said someone else was coming to assist me. I wasted more than 15 minutes listening to a very annoying girl trying to convince me to get that new virtual glasses, even after saying her more than 3 times I was not interested. Well she finally left and I wasted maybe more 5 minutes until I got my ass out of that store. Believe or not no one came to me even when I was leaving the place. Just to clarify, I saw 3 sales persons talking to each other the entire time I was there. Very disrespectful. I definitely will recommend to all my friends to get far away from that place.

I had the best experience at this Apple Store location. I was struggling to set up my new iPhone and connect it with my provider and the employees there were extremely helpful and kind during the entire process. Specifically, an employee named Lily was there with me the whole time (over 2 hours) and was going above and beyond with helping me. Multiple other employees were there to assist me. I haven’t had this good of customer service in a very long time.

I checked out the prices for the iPhone Pro 15 in both the 256GB and 512GB versions, and guess what? They're actually cheaper compared to India!That's an amazing deal! By the way, the staff at the store was really friendly and helpful, and the store itself was top-notch. It's always great to have a positive shopping experience.

I had the worst customer experience at the Perimeter location. Apple support recommended the iPhone hardware be checked out by a store specialist. They made the appointment for 12/7. I started with one specialist and another one interrupts our conversation, injects himself into the appointment and proceeds to try and sell me Apple care. All the while attempting to finish up with a previous customer. He didn’t even bother to physically inspect the phone. He just showed me the diagnostics from my initial phone call. I was there for maybe 4 minutes- total was of my time. Never again.

The associates who helped me were very helpful and informative, and I truly appreciate them. However, there was one associate who really stood out and impressed me with his exceptional customer service—his name is Mahee. Although he wasn’t the associate assigned to assist me, he went above and beyond to help me. I was at the store from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. migrating my files to my new MacBook. The associate in charge of me explained that I couldn’t leave the bar area because Apple wouldn’t be liable if my belongings were stolen, which I understood. However, in the middle of waiting, I desperately needed to step out to get coffee to relieve my stomach ache, headache, and boost my energy. Unfortunately, the associate in charge kept telling me that leaving wasn’t an option due to liability concerns, which was reasonable but difficult for me at the time. That’s when Mahee stepped in. Despite not being responsible for helping me, he noticed I had been there for a long time and could tell I wasn’t feeling well. He demonstrated incredible awareness and empathy. I first asked him if I could borrow a charger, and he kindly said yes. When I explained my situation and asked if I could quickly step out to get coffee, he also explained that it wouldn’t be a good idea to leave my belongings unattended. But instead of stopping there, Mahee went the extra mile—he offered to watch my items for me. He even arranged for his customers to sit at the bar near my belongings so he could keep an eye on them. This gesture made all the difference. Mahee’s thoughtfulness, emotional intelligence, and willingness to help made me feel seen, cared for, and much better during what could have been an incredibly stressful day. His actions exemplify the absolute best in customer service, and I am deeply grateful for his kindness and humanity. Thank you, Mahee, for going above and beyond—you truly made a difference today!
