Apple Lenox Square

This Apple Store is illogical and extremely frustrating. I’m currently writing this review while I wait to make a purchase. For starters, the store has two entrances. One door opens directly outside and the other opens into the mall. I do NOT recommend using the more convenient door that opens to the outside or you will be completely forgotten. The unmarked employee that “places you in line” only stands at the mall entrance door so if you don’t enter through that door then you are wasting your time. They do not have anyone assigned to the other entrance. I waited for 30 minutes before I realized that.. this is not how Apple used to operate or at least the person checking people in was more attentive to the other door as well. This should’ve been an in and out purchase and now I’m an Apple hostage…*** update:after the wait, I was paired with Tony and he was absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Tony!! You made it worth the wait***

3.7 that’s pretty low rating. Here is another low rating. I purchased iPhone in store 12/28/2024 Maria take my like drive thru. No receipt. No help, after swap my credit card. She ask me sit side, and she gone. I have to stop other employee whoever pass by to ask print receipt and charging my phone while transferring my data to new phone. Other employee pretty nice give help. 2nd if you really want buy iPhone from apple. Never come Lenox mall. Go buy somewhere else or ship to you.Whole Front parking full and they blocked. Do not park west side of Lenox pwky see my picture. A guy will lock you wheel up. It. After i saw this. I drive straight to back building parking deck. I park on ground level and walk straight in to building. The weird part is I walk back exactly same route back. That door lock after 4pm. You gotta go 1 level down get out building and come back up.

I would give the Genius Bar in Atlanta, GA, zero stars if I could. The experience was absolutely terrible. I walked in with a simple issue—my phone wasn’t charging properly—and was met with rude staff who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping me. After waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, I was told that they couldn't help me without a lengthy repair process and that it could take days to fix. No alternatives, no attempt to solve the problem quickly, just a lot of dismissive attitude. To make matters worse, they didn't even apologize for the delay. This was my first and last visit to the Genius Bar. Save your time and go elsewhere. The service is a joke.

I’ve gone here twice and wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but despite how clean and organized the store is, the waits are just unreasonable. It’s one thing if they give you a time and stick to it (I would’ve happily waited 45 minutes if I knew it was 45 minutes,) but both times I was told “no more than 20 minutes,” and was essentially forgotten about. Either fix the times by hiring more staff, or tell the staff to give more realistic times. Time is one of the few commodities we are granted now, since minimum wage isn’t increasing any time soon.

Amazing experience and customer service was great and friendly. Even I requested a bit of time to charge one of my iphones and they kindly helped me out. Recommended place. And have an appointment for much faster service and a a bit of patience as it has many customers. My phone was innoperable and they fixed it right away. Error 75 and now is as good as new. I would recommend this place.
