I wouldn't say it is the worst place, but I did have a mixed experience. I have insurance but needed a phone for work ASAP - and ubreakifix couldn't get my parts in for another day or so - so the fact they offered me a temporary phone in the meantime was such a plus for me! The price for my phone screen replacement wasn't horrible, and they fixed it within a day, but as soon as I got home my phone screen started to lift. I wasn't too upset as they offered to fix it right away with the warranty, but I went in the next day as I discussed with the person over the phone (at 11 am when they open) and waited an hour for anyone to open the store. I hope this was a one time thing, but now I am still waiting to get my phone fixed and can't afford to go without a phone for work again.

I know a lot of reviews tend to be a bunch of bullshit for ratings, but these Guys are the REAL DEAL, they’re located in a public Walmart so don’t worry about shady business. Theres no charging you excess fees, holding your product for extra weeks, no back and forth, extra payment, no confusion. 9/10 they’re going to charge you 70% lower than what you initially would suggest. I definitely recommend before going to your original manufacturer. And they’ll show you your problem after done and discard, no problem. Store owner is a great guy! Very communicant and friendly service

Awesome Customer Service, Great handling, these guy’s will REALLY work with you! And stay communicant until product is finished. Prices may throw you off because they offer great value for service for low budgeting , but definitely 10/10 recommend
