I had a frustrating experience with this store in the past when a previous middle aged guy took my laptop for repair, kept it for a long time without fixing it, and was unresponsive when I tried to get it back. I swore I wouldn’t return. However, I recently needed my iPhone 13 repaired and decided to give the store another chance. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new technician working there. Unlike the previous guy, he was professional, efficient, and true to his word. He promised to fix my phone within an hour—and he did! While he doesn’t talk much, he is friendly, reliable, and highly skilled. As long as he’s there, I highly recommend this place!

Extremely Disappointed. Context: I needed my iPad mini screen repaired. I needed it by Friday morning. I made it extremely clear before any of this that I would need to pick it up Thursday night/early Friday. Wednesday I went to drop it off; the guy who was supposed to open the store never even open and sends my call to voicemail. His phone number was on the door. So I call the phone number on the big sign. Apparently, that is the owner. He tries getting a hold of the guy who was supposed to open. I guess he never answered. He said he was going to drive from Atlanta to open the store to get my iPad. I told him it’s no big deal. I can just drop it first thing Thursday morning (today). I didn’t realize that they opened at 10 so I dropped it off right at noon and was told I would get a phone call once it was diagnosed in the price in that I would pay upon pick up. 3pm came by, so I called the phone number that I had been communicating with to get an update. They hadn’t even started it because apparently I was supposed to pay the diagnostic fee before they do anything.. OK fine but before I do, I ask, do you even have a screen for my iPad to have it fixed by tonight because I need it Friday morning. After beating around a bush that’s when they told me no they don’t after I made it very clear to them that I needed to pick it up Thursday night.. So overall, it was a terrible experience, lacking communication. Very little professionalism. I definitely will not be going back to them. Plus on top of all of that, the store was a disaster and trashed. Very disorganized and dirty.

I’ve been hunting for a good phone repair shop in Athens for months, but no luck. This place used to always be closed. Finally saw someone new working there, so I decided to give it a shot. Took my iPhone 11 in, and he had it fixed in 30 minutes. So far, so good—let’s see how it holds up!

GO TO G C COMPUTER INSTEAD!! I brought my laptop and spent 341 dollars to get it fixed and they gave it back to me broken after the THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR DIAGNOSTIC FEE. Waste of money, and I disputed it with my bank which is the only reason I got my refund.
