Average Joe Phone Repair-Athens

There is nothing Average about Average Joe Phone Repair. I love this company. They are responsive, fix things in the timeframe they say they will, know what they're doing and on top of everything else the person I worked with was polite, funny and very knowledgeable. If every business were run like this, all of us would be in a much better mood. I would be willing to travel to Georgia to Average Joe Phone Repair from new England any time I have a computer or phone issue. The 1200 mile trip would be worth it.

I had such a great experience with Average Joe! The screen on my MacBook broke and would no longer display anything. I first contacted another repair place in Athens that is part of a chain, and they said it would be $428 for a refurbished (used) screen and it would take 2-3 weeks to do the repair. I then contacted Average Joe online, and within an hour they let me know that they had a new screen in stock for $499 in the rose gold that matches my MacBook and they could do the repair same day. I dropped it off that afternoon, and it was ready for pickup 2 hours later. So whereas the other place would have taken 2-3 weeks, Average Joe took 2 hours. It now works great and I was spared from having to buy a new $1,300 device. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have the misfortune of another broken device.

I met Joe at a local coffee shop and he replaced the screen within 15 minutes while explaining everything he was doing!
