The professionalism/client service expertise Wayne provided was evident from the initial phone convo(Wayne is CEO/owner of WEP). Communication, and respect for scheduling etc was on point. If you are fearful that you’ve lost tech information or your computer has been compromised or needs upgrades in space or upgraded firmware/software etc wayne is the guy! Wayne listened and provided 5 ⭐️ service. He was honest and respectful. The last thing I’d say is that Wayne offers a Comprehensive and caring business model, a rarity in this day and age. I had an Apple MacBook Pro and my screen had bust , I called W.E.P Repairs and for a low reasonable price I was able to get my screen done within 1-2 days and it was shipped back to me ! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !
