uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

The repair itself was awesome. It's like I have a brand new phone. However, the service was terrible.... I must have spent 45 minutes waiting in line between my two visits (one to drop off and one to pick up.) They need to add a second checkout line or split the lines into "service requests" and "quick questions and pick ups." However, the price of my repair ended up being about $20 cheaper than expected so that was a nice surprise. Overall, I would recommend them and would go there again. You just have to go when there is no one else in the store.

Customer service was great from the first phone call to the actual store visit. They said my wait time would be 1-3 hours, my phone was done in less time than that. The staff was super welcoming and helpful so I recommend their services to anyone!
