I cracked the back screen of my iphone and took it to PC EMT for an estimate and then repair. The owner (I think his name is Zo?) was friendly, thorough in his explanation, and even told me the name of the tech who would be working on my phone. I was promptly notified when it was ready and it was as good as new. I also felt like the price was fair. I would definitely take any of my devices to them for repair!

I took my macbook pro after I spilled coffee on my keyboard and two of the keys decided to stop working. Zo said they would open it up and clean all the parts for an 80% chance of it getting fixed (for $200). I paid the $200 and got a call within a day or two. Apparently, I'm within the 20%. I was told I would need to purchase a refurbished MacBook keyboard (with touch bar) for over $300 to fix the issue. He said they would not charge me labor to get it replaced. Free labor? I highly doubt that, but $500 total for two keys? Nah. But I did decide to open up the laptop to replace the parts that I could myself (see pictures). What did I notice? Nothing was cleaned. Coffee everywhere. I should've asked them to take before and after pictures. I recommend that you do.

Amazing service! Very impressed with how I was treated from the moment I walked in the door. A cracked phone screen is a simple repair but requires professionals who know exactly what they are doing and what it means for your phone functioning and warranty. Everything was explained thoroughly and my phone was repaired in under an hour. Highly recommend. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do, I'll be happy to go back to these guys. Very grateful!

Just got my phone back and it was 10/10. The associate Zo was professional and helpful in assisting me with any questions. He got it fixed exactly when he said he would and even fixed my charger port for free. Great affordable prices, great staff who knows their stuff and a reliable company. Highly recommend
