Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb (pictured) looked right at me when I entered. Received no greeting and didn't assist me. I had to interrupt another SA helping someone else just pick up my order. I won't be returning. The reviews were right....terrible customer service. Usual suspects 👀

Hector was exceptional, professional, and efficient working on my laptop. He did what would take some stores 24-48 hours to do within 2.5 hours. I’m super impressed with his level of efficiency.

Mr. West helped us with an issue on my sons iPhone. His knowledge and patience was beyond this earth. Very personable and he really knew his stuff. He worked with us for a good while and never gave up on the issue. He did resolve the issue and we are truly grateful.

Sassy and rude, its a thing only at Avalon store. It’s almost like you are dealing with divas, even Times Square Apple employees are more humble. Come on guys you are working a store there is no need to be that cocky and rude to people who just want their device fixed. Ernest (didn’t get his last name) should just be fired.

I visited "Apple Avalon" with an iPhone that I had purchased from Amazon, seeking a screen replacement due to a cracked screen. Each time I have visited any Apple store with any of their devices that I have bought for over years from iphone 3g until now, I have consistently been informed that there is always water damage present, despite the fact that I could reside in a desert and they would still make the same assertion. It appears this Apple's strategy to encouraging customers to purchase new phones. On this occasion, both the manager and the staff suggested that I consider buying a new device, to which I firmly declined. I subsequently took my phone to Cellairis, where they replaced the screen without any hesitation after I explained my situation. The repair was completed in 45 minutes, without the complications I experienced at Apple. The cost was significantly lower, and I am pleased to report that the phone is functioning well now, with no issues, and it comes with a 90-day warranty on the part.
