I have a 10 year old HP lap top that was damaged in a house fire. I took my lap top to Dave's Computer Service to see if it could be repaired. Long story short I am very very pleased with the repair and performance of the repaired lap top. They were always professional and courteous with each interaction I had. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Upon picking up my lap top I was surprised to receive a secondary battery for the unit with no addition to the repair coast. In today's world it's getting hard to find and receive, great customer service, a business that goes the extra step for their customers. I'm posting this from the repaired lap top and it's working just as it did prior to it's damage. Thanks again Dave's, your services is greatly appreciated.

These people are slick, sly and deceitful. They will take your money and won't do the work unless you pay big bucks $$$$. I am sueing these people because I'm not going to chalk it up to a bad experience....no, no, no.... I'm coming for you through the Court!!! Well I fixed it, they said it would cost me $285 for corruption on system and power terminals cleaning, all a LIE! ( I have a written estimate to prove it). A 10$ BATTERY replacement for CMOS FIXED! NEVER SEE ME AGAIN

The price for everything was a little high, but they did everything I wanted done. They upgraded my hard drive, memory, and they fixed my CDROM and installed software that I wanted. Overall, very good job!
