I have gone here 3 times for about 4 different iPhones and I can honestly say I left as a happy customer each time. The staff here is thorough. I greatly appreciate that they don't just fix the device screen and take your money. This company takes the time to diagnose is anything else is wrong with the device (ex. Water damage) before fixing it. From Saint Lucie county to Palm Beach County, I don't think their prices can be beat either. Below is a pic of 2 screen repairs.

This location is horrible. I gave them my laptop over a month ago and each step of the way I had to continue calling them to find out the status. When I first turned over my laptop the associate claimed he would get back to me within 24 hours. Two weeks later they call and inform me we need to get a new screen. I go in to pay the $50.00 deposit and I never received an update from them. I asked them to cancel the procedure but they told me I could not get my deposit back. I didn't see that policy anywhere. I waited another two weeks and the part was delivered to their store this past Saturday (May 1st). Still no call from them. I left them alone til Wednesday when they told me my laptop STILL WASN'T FIXED. I got a message later on that Wednesday saying they were going to fix it today and after my call with them it still wasn't done. I'm exhausted. They said they were offering a refund but I'm not stepping foot in that store. Let them keep my money and laptop. Way to conduct business. I'm sure people will still use them but for me, they did not care at all. AT ALL. Wow. And I'm new to the area. What a way to welcome me.

Worst experience ever. I went there the other day to fix my iPhone 6s Plus broken screen, but in a perfect working condition. They told that it will take 35 minutes to fix it. One our later they give my phone back with a brand new screen but nothing was working. I couldn’t use my home button or the touchscreen. They took the phone back, and another hour later they told that something broke inside my phone, while they tried to change my screen, and they don’t have any idea what it is. Seriously???? Now I can’t use my phone at all. They send me to Apple Store. So, now I have to change my screen and fix whatever they broke inside my phone.

I came into the shop with a mildly cracked screen, and left with my camera not working. They did not check the camera prior to working on the device (which was working fine) and also did not check it upon completion of the fixed screen. I realized they had damaged my camera that night and came back to the store in the morning and they said they are not liable. Then tried to charge me for the camera repair on top of it! I also requested to speak with the Manager and was denied. The communication was relayed from the store worker to the manager through texts. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will now be buying an entirely new phone thanks to this sorry excuse for a repair shop! Good luck staying in business!

I brought my iPhone to get the screen replaced and they told me was gonna be two weeks which caused me to have to buy a used phone and then two days later they called me and said the screen was in. In the interim I found out that I overpaid for the work they were going to do replace my screen but luckily they matched the price. overall experience was just OK. It cost me having to get a used phone that now I have to sell. They are overpriced. It pays to shop around. I went there before and they check out my broken phone at no charge which is a great service but definitely more expensive to fix iPhone 10xs Max
