Rafa has always helped me with my tech issues. He helped me with my DVR system and he had also fixed a few iPhones for me with different issues, some cracked screen, others batteries and what not. Rafael is very responsible and kind. Great customer service he always stand behind his product, I highly recommend Rafael for any electronic repairs or to purchase used tablets, phones or laptops.
