My dad's phone hadn't been working for a bit. He took it to Spectrum to see if he needed a new one, but they directed him to uBreakiFix across the street. Turns out he just needed the charger port cleaned out. They did it for him, free of charge! Amazing customer service.

Re: sale 22909951 I came in for a replacement battery for my S10+. The battery was not in stock so the tech ordered one. He said about 2 days as one was in Orlando I believe. I came back in about 4 days and the battery was not in yet but I was assured it was on its way. Gave it a few more days and dropped in to see if it had arrived. The tech advised me he could install it in about 45 minutes as my back glass was already lifted due to my battery swelling. My phone was locked and he required my pass code...to replace the battery??? Well in about an hour and a half he came back to the counter with my phone with the new battery installed. I was happy to see my phone with the back glass reattached but then I noticed a 2 inch long fresh gouge in my front screen. I questioned the tech about the gouge and he stated my phone had the gouge when I handed the phone to him for repair. He edited the Condition notes to reflect the new gouge, being presented as a cracked screen. In a previous visit he commented on the outstanding condition of my phone as there was not a single scratch or ding on my 4 year old phone. He denies them defacing my phone despite the rough edges of the fresh gouge. He said he would replace my factory installed screen protector with a new one. Additionally, my phone was in the debug mode so someone was snooping my phone. Once again he did not have the exact material in stock. I continued to "drop" in as they never answer the phone and voice mail also is inoperative. After 3 total drive bys and final straw was the saver stock finally at the store but the tech on site could not cut it out as the tech with the software, on his phone was not present. I gave up and have been waiting to craft this negative review of this Palm Bay location. Horrible experience and now that I have put it in words I plan on crafting a Google review with the same text. The subject of this remarks section is "What could we have done better"? Provide leadership and apply standards for this location. PM

AT&T said they couldn't assist in restoring my contacts and pics, even though I followed their back up recommendations. I walked into ubreakifix, and Carlos had the phone restoring in less than 5 minutes. He was patient, courteous, and professional. Will definitely come back.

They replaced my iPhone 11 pro battery with oem one, for around $118 and the most important thing no error message because they programmed it. The are nice and friendly people. Next day I wend for Kayak at the river and I had water damage, I took my phone to them and they check it and said screen damage for free. They are amazing. Now my choice to get oem screen around $330 or aftermarket one.
