Left my MacBook for repair and to recover important materials in the hard drive. He never replaced the HDD in the computer after working on it and now claims he has no idea where it is. Now I am completely out of luck as the materials in the HDD were very valuable. Extremely irresponsible and shows this business is amateur level at best. Taking materials that didn’t belong to him and not replacing it shows the true colors in regards to his ‘professionalism’. Definitely would not recommend and would advise people not to trust all of these google reviews as they seem fake.

I had an unusual problem with my pc that seemed impossible to get around, but Rich was able to solve it within the promised time. He is knowledgeable, courteous, an active listener, and just downright good. Highly recommended.

I brought my laptop in for Rich to remove Windows 11 S mode, the blocking software that prevents you from downloading any file/app not approved by Microsoft. However, after all his efforts and a clean install of the software, S mode remains. I appreciate his determination to fix this insane software. I highly recommend Rich for any computer issues...his customer service is top notch! ***UPDATE!*** Rich called me yesterday and told me he found a way to remove the S mode blocking software. I brought my laptop to him today and 15 minutes later...***BOOM*** S mode is history! Rich is the absolute best! Thanks, man!

Rich is my hero! My old laptop wouldn't boot up so I brought it to Computer Rich. I was hopng he could do something to make it turn back on so I could save important documents to a USB thumb drive. and I'm happy to say, he did it! I don't what he did or how he did it but here I am sitting in his shop on Wickham Road, writing this SIX STAR review after downloading my important doctuments from my laptop. Thank you Computer Rich!
