Wonderful! Was able to diagnose issues with my iPhone as well as send off my AirPods to be repaired. Brought in my laptop and they revived it back to smooth running condition. They even helped repair my sons CPU. Hands down would come back again for service if needed!

Said that they can’t fix an apple back glass even though it says they can on the website and confirmed they could through the chat option. They said the phone needed to be replaced. Ended up having it replaced somewhere else. Yes, the back glass can be replaced… then went back for a simple battery replacement. Waited in line for 45 mins got to the front, spent 10 more minutes doing some tests Apple requires then said, oh we don’t have any in stock. Told me to take it to Apple. Why is an authorized repair center not keeping batteries in stock?

Literally waited an hour and asked 5 people for help to buy a laptop and no one ever helped. Walked out and bought from Amazon and saved money. Customer service is non existent here. This is exactly why store are being shut down.

BUYER BEWARE -- INCOMPETENT SERVICE TECHS -- YOU OWN THE RISK Brought in an iPhone 8 Plus for screen repair. After they replaced the screen, the phone was stuck in boot-loop and half the screen was dark... "oh well, heres a $50 gift card" even though now you have to shell out HUNDREDS more dollars to get a new phone! Last year, I brought my laptop there to get fixed because the speakers stopped working, and they broke it and had to junk it. Thank God I had the warranty through Bestbuy on it or else I would have been SOL then too! Until they royally screwed up, they were pretty rude, but I have never had a pleasant experience with geek squad or best buy staff...
