đź““Office Supplies + Amazon Return Locationđź““ Staples is an automatic go-to when it comes to office and school supplies. They have everything from technology to stationery. This Staples is also an Amazon shipment return location, where they'll package and return certain Amazon orders for free. It's very convenient--and because of this, the return line can occasionally get a bit backed-up (especially on weekends). However, the staff are friendly and helpful, providing service as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In general, the floor layout is spacious and easy to navigate. A staff member is never far from eye-shot, making it easy to get any help you happen to need.

Recently changed their “flow” of checkout and returns. It’s unorganized, confusing and looks terrible. Every customer in line was confused by the check out lights being on and lines being blocked by random supplies to make “lines”. They’re using paper around check out lights to indicate if it’s Amazon return/ UPS return or checkout but they’re not consistent. The lines have no way out except the way you came in. It’s a terrible set up and leaves no room for customers with baskets.

I recently purchased a laptop, printer & equipment at Staples in Titusville. The staff members who helped me were friendly & knowledgeable. I'm a senior & communication w/questions & answers was a little difficult.
