This was probably my worst experience ever and the last thing you ever want to happen. I Bought a really high end gaming PC in parts to have him build. Ryzen 9 7950x3d, x870 motherboard, Corsair titan link liquid cooler, GSkill ddr5 not cheap parts, he put it all together the first time, I go get my PC from this place, take it home it turns on but the Ethernet port was bad, something he should have tested before I got it home. I take the PC back, after this I get a replacement motherboard, he tells me it is dead also! Now to the third motherboard the owner puts the new one in and tells me I have bad power supply this time. Now my PC has been there over a week and still broke. We go threw multiple power supplies, The owner tells me there all bad his tester is testing them and they are bad, 11 power supplies later and multiple conversations later, owner has no idea why my PC will not start and sends me out, HE GAVE UP ON ME A CUSTOMER, HE SENT ME OUT WITH MY PC IN PEICES, HE FORGOT PEICES TO MY COMPUTER the job was not finished. He called told me he forgot my hard drive, heat sinks, and the box To my PCs motherboard. So I tell him I'll be up there shortly he agrees, 1 hour later I show up there to pick up the peices he forgot and what do you know he is closed now for the day it's only 1pm it would have been nice to get a curtisy call considering we just talked an hour before hand and he wasn't supposed to close till 6pm. My wifi antenna he forgot also. So i take my PC to FM COMPUTER WAREHOUSE INC and in 30 min they did what SPACE COAST TECH couldn't. FM test the power supply that SPACE COAST TECH said was bad, it tested good on FM COMPUTERS PSU TESTER. They even hooked the power supply up in front me and showed me it would boot any computer they had on the test bench! So FM COMPUTER digs deeper to find why it will not start and find an extreme amount thermal paste on my processor, it poured over the edges and on to the bottom of my Ryzen 9 7950x3d, FM COMPUTER INC also seen bent pins on the third motherboard. That caused it to hot spot on THE CPU and burnt the bottom of my 700 dollar CPU and now its fried. In this whole story there is only one common denominator AND that was the owner of SPACE COAST TECH REPAIR. I spent so much unneeded money because of amateur Tech Repair. this build was out of his league. I have pictures of these burn marks on my CPU and of the bent pins on motherboard. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE! For the owner to claim all these year of experience building PCs and make 2 of the most amateur mistakes you can make, really drives me crazy. Inspect all parts before installation and never put to much thermal paste on your CPU. bad mistakes by the owner of SPACE COAST TECH. He has now cost me over 700 dollars of unneeded money to be spent multiple hours and days of returning product for the owner to break them over and over again. By the time it was over he had my PC alil over a month and and broke everything but my NEW RAM, NOW WAITING ON A REPLACEMENT CPU AND MOTHERBOARD THAT WAS ANOTHER 1200 DOLLARS, SPENDING WEEKS WAITING ON RETURNS SO I CAN BE REFUNDED SOME OF MY MONEY! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I brought a defunct Asus computer with its outdated Windows 2008 server OS (for sharing office billing software) to Space Coast Tech Repair in mid-December. It had died a sudden and complete death in late October succumbing to data failure after a mandated privacy update and the Change Healthcare Data Hack (which really had nothing to do with the demise of an ancient machine but those things did occur and it had survived). Still, November 1, it was dead. And we were in trouble. The thought was to rescue the billing database. Calling around and asking AI, driving the old tower around in the back of the car until December, I was about to buy a new Dell server tower which could not be delivered soon enough. However, after a diagnostic phone consultation with SCTR, and an agreement to troubleshoot, SCTR was actually able to rebuild the computer (motherboard), which used to be cared for by Titusville's late, great Novatech company,(and is probably why the old machine could even be fixed). The proprietor of SCTR himself accomplished this rebuild in a day. This, after that place next to the ice cream shop in Titus Landing declined to even look at it. Space Coast Tech Repair is run by a brilliant Navy and Police Force veteran. Noted for his Quick work, Fair pricing, and No Nonsense-- Just professional expertise in a great location. I cannot glow through these words enough to recommend that you use SCTR for local computer repair, good advice, honest, excellent service and follow-up. Thank you SCTR! .

This company was extremely helpful and locating a new power supply from my wife’s computer. They took my call at the end of the working day and instead of ordering the part and up charging me for it they took the time to walk me through how to go get it and order it myself at a much cheaper price! I found them to be extremely informative and honest, I would highly recommend them for any and all computer needs. I will definitely use them in the future.
