Abdo (or Abdul not sure how it’s spelled) and Andrew went above and beyond to get me an iPhone 15 pro. From communicating the price over the phone, to delivering it to the store, and fixing the screen on my old phone, these two really earned my business. Thank you both for your professionalism and the dedication to good business!

I had to come in for a LED fix. Zico and Abdo was very professional and fix my phone in Avery timely matter. As help me find a case that will help with shock protection. Also the price was very reasonable. High recommend family and friend to go here for a cell phone related issues

Called Cellfix on Saturday asking if they could fix a crack on my Apple Watch. Ryan said they could and they had the replacement part and if would cost $247. My watch was fully functional and I just didn’t like the way it looked with the crack in the glass. He said they should be able to fix it today or the latest Sunday. He took my number and said he will call when it’s done. No one called on Saturday or Sunday so I tried to call the store but the number was not being answered. I drove by the store and the sign said it was open but the door was closed. I went by again later in the day and no one there. I called numerous times but no voicemail and phone just rang. Monday I called many times and and no one Picked up. I drove by at 4:00 and the store was open. I talked to Marie and she said they tried to fix it but realized once they took off the old display they had the wrong part and they tried to get it to work but it was the wrong part. She said the new part would be in Wednesday and I could pick it up later in the day. Called again and no answer so I drove to the store and Marie said it should be available later in the day. No one called me with a status so I drove by Thursday and was told the Manager would be bringing it back from the shop. I called on Friday and asked for a status and was told the part hadn’t come in even though I was told it was there on Wednesday. At this point I knew this place had no clue what they were doing so I requested a refund and a return of my working watch with a crack in the display. My refund was issued and they handed me back my watch all wrapped up in paper and rubber bands. I unwrapped my watch to wear it and the display was blank and many new scratches were around to screen. The watch would not power up and Marie called the Manager who said it just needed to be charged. So Marie put it in the charger and said come back later. An hour later I came back and the display was still blank. She said they did try to fix it with the wrong part and the original was now damaged. They did put the original display back on and didn’t test to see if it worked or did and hoped I would not open up the packaging in the store. I asked her what can be done to resolve this and she said they weren’t responsible. She told me it was store policy to only refund the amount charged and they can do nothing to resolve the fact that it worked when I dropped it off and now it won’t even work. I requested the store manager phone number and she refused to give it to me. I asked for some resolution or compensation and she refused. I let them know this was unacceptable and I would pursue it further. I left my name and number and asked for the Manager or owner to call me. Also all the information came directly from the Manager because she had to call him repeatedly to get any kind of status. I also looked up on the Better Business Bureau and reviews reflected very similar experiences as mind. I’ve yet to receive a phone call from the Manager and there is no customer service number. Clearly they damaged my original display while trying to replace it with the wrong part.

My grandson recently purchased a phone from your store and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon returning home, he discovered that the phone would not charge. My daughter subsequently took him back to the store to seek a resolution. Unfortunately, the employee they encountered was unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude. Given this experience, I will be advising everyone I know to avoid making purchases from your establishment.
