Peter is very knowledgeable and professional. I inadvertently found myself in a stressful incident involving my laptop. He not only immediately (and a "walk-in" to boot!) helped me fix that (PHEW!), but brought my software up to date, set up a backup system for my information/photos, increased my memory, and cleaned my laptop so it is actually pleasant to open it up for work! I would give him 10 stars if possible!
