My experience at Staples was great! Very good service. The only problem I had was, Staples assembled my office chair. When I got the chair home assembly was not complete. One screw holding one arm on the chair was not tightened and the plastic caps to cover the screws were not installed. Otherwise my experience was great.

This is the closest Staples store near us but it is worth the drive. We have purchased many items from this store. The associates are always helpful, friendly, and resourceful. They've always been able to solve any problems we've encountered.

My friend came out of Staples crying. She needed a little help printing something and the female employee in the printing area got a hold of the Staples manager on the phone saying she was "giving her hell and causing a scene". I have known my friend for 15 years and she Never caused a scene. I'm sure that was the employee's way of dismissing her because my friend said she is dyslexic and computer illiterate and needed help! When she told the manager that she was dyslexic and computer illiterate, the manager literally said, "That is not my problem! " As a person who earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree to help people with disabilities, I say to you Miss Manager and Print lady, HOW DARE YOU TREAT A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY IN SUCH A MANNER!!! I am beyond livid as I believe your dismissive manner is common for you both and I believe Staples has some major training to do. You charged her 15 dollars for an agreed 15 minutes of help and gave her five stating her time was over because they were moving to another machine! Your behavior is cruel and demeaning! I will be contacting corporate office to report this after I find out both of your names! I will challenge you to treat people who struggle due to a disability with decency and respect. Help them! Don’t waste your time here. I submitted a same-day custom print order, paid for it, and showed up within the window that I was told to pick up my items for only to find out that the printer isn’t working and they can’t help me. And a printer malfunctioning, but not reaching out and telling the customer is unacceptable and then offering no alternative support or solution is ridiculous. I asked if they would transfer my order to another store despite me having to drive all around multiple towns and they said they couldn’t do it. They also said they couldn’t guarantee that another store could get my order completed in the same day, and completely just refunded my order and left me to start all over again from scratch. Unprofessional, unhelpful, I’ll keep printing from online sources instead of staples.

Stood at the register for five minutes while the associate worked as hard as he could to push out Amazon sales whole time being the manager is standing there talking to somebody … hard-working employee comes back to the registers and then $11 for a box come on man .. I didn’t buy the box and I won’t be back
