The worst company/location I ever experienced. Brought my computer because of the sound system issue, they tell me the reason is because Windows needs to be updated, I ask them to do what it’s needed just fix my sound system because I needed for school asap! I come back and they tell me that they couldn’t fix my issue but they still have to charge me almost $300 because they updated my Windows system that I didn’t even need it. I argued back and forth with the guy for a good 15min just going in the same circle, me telling him why are you charging me when you did not fix my issue and him looking like I’m complete stupid saying “but we updated your Windows system” when I didn’t ask for it!!!!!!!! I then ask for a manager to get involved and she was barely able to give me half of my money back. Comes to find out a year later that they signed me up for a yearly subscription and membership and almost got charged again $200 something also I get the email same day as the renewal, very convenient…. while trying to cancel everything I even get charged for cancellation. Please save your money and never use Geek Squad ever!

Just ran into Best Buy to replace my Samsung speakers that I bought unboxed. I got the lucky draw of getting Nate to help me with my issues. He was the man. Nice guy who knew exactly how to resolve. Give that guy his own store.

Ended up taking my computer back less than an hour after dropping it off. The attendants quoted me the wrong price initially (they did call me to let me know and were apologetic) and the turn around time to run diagnostic services on my laptop was going to be long. Seems like they need more staff. Despite their good intentions, the attendants seem overwhelmed and not very experienced at this location. Overall, the level of professionalism and services are not worth the price they are charging (for those without warranty).

I would like recognize your agent Ramon Albaladejo for his excellent customer service, and professionalism. He provided a lot of useful information that helped us decide on the settings best suited for us. His knowledge and expertise gave us a detailed overview on the features of our new TV including that of our current TV. Ramon and The Geek Squad continous to prove that excellent customer service is not a thing of the past.

I had an iphone mishap late at night that left my phone completely unusable. Apple support was able to make an appointment with these guys, and I went in early to see if I could get my phone back. With a short wait, the tech looked at the problem and solved it in less than a minute. Though it was not a true repair, I got my phone back without having to leave without it (which was terrifying for me as I just relocated here) and I learned the correct way to hard reset it. Once I got it back, I was also finally able to listen to the voicemail they left, letting me know that they could help but also gave me other options in case it really was broken, so I wouldn’t have to wait days or weeks for parts and repair. Thank you Geek Squad for your two minutes of help, it might not have seemed like much but I really truly appreciated it.
